THAT THERE IS NO ESTABLISHED LAW OR PROACTIVE MEASURE/'STEPS TO SAFE-GUARD THE ' B.P.L - INDIA' FROM THE GREEDY - TEETH OF SCAM -SCHEME -PREDATORS . I THINK THESE THINGS HAPPEN ONLY WHEN PEOPLE IN POWER AT HIGHER LEVELS ARE LINKED WITH SUCH THEFT OR LOOT !
